How do I create a card?

Tap "Create Card" from your dashboard, choose a template or start from scratch, add your personal photos and message, then save. You can keep it private or share it with your followers and groups. It's that simple!

How can I sign up or log in?

We offer multiple convenient ways to create an account or sign in:

Absolutely! Sign up for free, create your card, and share it digitally with friends and family. Only pay when you're ready to order physical cards. Plus, use code GREETIT for your first free card!

What size are the physical cards?

Cards are printed as 4x6" postcards on premium cardstock with a glossy finish. They're the perfect size for displaying on a fridge or mantle, and they look beautiful in any card collection.

Can I send the same card to multiple people?

Yes! When ordering, you can add multiple recipients to a single card. Each person will receive their own physical copy with your personalized message. It's the easiest way to send greetings to everyone on your list.

How are your cards so affordable?

Our print partner has facilities located throughout the USA and has pre-negotiated rates with USPS. This means your card is printed at the facility closest to your recipient, saving on shipping costs and delivery time. We pass those savings directly to you!

How does the poster feature work?

Our revolutionary poster feature lets you collect greeting cards from your network and combine them into one beautiful framed poster. Perfect for displaying all your family's cards in one place! Create layouts with 4, 9, or 16 cards.

Is Greetvine better for the environment?

Yes! Traditional card-sending require multiple trips: driving to the store, driving home, driving to the post office. With Greetvine, cards are printed near the recipient and delivered directly by USPS. This eliminates the carbon footprint of your shopping trips and dramatically reduces the overall environmental impact. One delivery route, no extra car trips.

How long does shipping take?

Cards are printed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days within the US. We use premium cardstock and professional printing for the best quality.

What if I don't have all the addresses?

No problem! Share your card digitally first, and recipients can update their own addresses. You can also import contacts, manually add addresses, or send cards only to those with complete address information.

Can I send cards internationally?

Currently, we only support US addresses. International shipping is coming soon! Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand to more countries.

What are Groups?

Groups are private spaces where friends and family can coordinate card-giving. Create a group for your family, friend circle, or any occasion to share cards privately. Perfect for organizing card exchanges or coordinating who's sending cards to whom.

How do I find friends on Greetvine?

Use the search feature to find friends by name or username. You can also invite friends directly by sharing your profile link. Once connected, you can follow each other to see and share cards.

Who can see my cards?

You control your card visibility! Cards can be private (only you), shared with specific groups, or shared with your followers. You decide who sees what, and you can change visibility settings anytime.

How do I reset my password?

Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen and enter your email. We'll send you a link to create a new password. The link expires after 24 hours for security, so be sure to use it promptly.

How do I control what others see about me?

In Settings β†’ Privacy, you can control whether your full name is visible to others and whether your city/town is displayed on your profile. Your address is never shared publiclyβ€”it's only used for shipping cards to you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor. Apple Pay is coming soon for one-tap checkout on iOS devices!

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We never store your full card details. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor trusted by millions of businesses worldwide. Your financial information never touches our servers.

Can I get a refund?

If there's an issue with your order (damaged card, printing error, wrong address, etc.), contact us within 14 days of purchase at support@greetvine.com and we'll make it right. We stand behind our product quality.

How long does Greetvine keep my data?

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we permanently remove your personal data within 30 days, except for:

β€’ De-identified analytics data that cannot be traced back to you

β€’ Content reported for violations (retained for safety purposes)

How do I delete my account and data?
